'Breathe' t-shirt

I've been a fan of meditation for a long time, but when I started doing breathwork, it changed my life. The first couple of times that I tried it, intense waves of energy that must have been trapped in my body surfaced for release. After each session, I felt much lighter. Also, when you do it right, it literally gets you high, but in a way that is healthy and has lasting benefits, rather than being detrimental. It can give you spontaneous out of body experiences (which unexpectedly happened to me). Try breathwork, I recommend the Wim Hof method to start (look up "Guided Wim Hof Method Breathing" on Youtube).

This symbol is ancient Sanskrit and represents the word "Breathe". It is closely associated with "Om", a sacred sound and spiritual icon in Hinduism and other eastern traditions.
